Ms. Suparna Chaturvedi Sircar is the founding director and principal solicitor of the firm, bringing over 12 years of legal experience in the United Kingdom. For a decade, she was a partner at a well-regarded South London law firm, where she managed a broad range of matters, including both contentious and non-contentious probate cases, as well as complex property transactions and disputes. She also assisted lead counsel in a successful application for permission to appeal a murder conviction before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
She is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Tribunal Accreditation Scheme and has extensive experience representing clients in both civil and forensic mental health proceedings. She is deeply committed to social justice and is particularly passionate about protecting the rights and dignity of society’s most vulnerable individuals.

Ritesh is an Accredited Mental Health Panel Member at Angira Solicitors and has extensive experience working with Mental Health and Mental Capacity Law.
In the last 10 years Ritesh has worked with clients within the Mental Health and Mental Capacity legal framework in different roles as Paralegal, Health Care Assistant, Independent Mental Health Advocate, Independent Mental Capacity Advocate and Care Act Advocate. Ritesh has supported his clients to understand and exercise their rights under the Mental Health Act 1983 (as amended), Mental Capacity Act 2005, Care Act 2014, Human Rights Act 1998 and Equality Act 2010.
Ritesh has assisted client to challenge the restriction placed on them by applying to the Mental Health Tribunal and making Section 21 application to the Court of Protection on. Ritesh is passionate working with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the complexities that are generated through the circumstances surrounding this area.
