At Angira Solicitors, we offer a full range of immigration services. Below is an overview of our fees for different types of immigration cases. Please note that all fees are exclusive of VAT (currently 20%)

Initial Immigration Consultation
A one-time consultation to discuss your case, provide preliminary advice, and outline the best steps forward.
Minimum Fee:  £150 – £200 + VAT (typically 30-60 minutes)

1 . Family Visa

Fees for family visa applications typically range from £1,000 to £2,500 + VAT  depending on the complexity of the case and the level of service required.

2 . Visit Visa

Our professional fees for visit visa applications typically range from £1,000 to £1,500 + VAT, depending on the complexity of the case and the level of service required.

3 . Student Visa

Our fees for student visa applications range from £1,000 – £1,500 + VAT, which covers:

• Application preparation

• Document review

• Submission to the Home Office

4 . Sponsor License 

Fees for sponsor license applications typically range from £1,500 – £2,500 + VAT, depending on:

• The type of license (e.g., Skilled Worker, Temporary Worker)

• The complexity of your organization's structure

• The level of compliance support required

Please note:

• This fee range covers application preparation, document review, and submission.

• It does not include Home Office licence fees, Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) costs, or any other third-party expenses.

5 . EU Settlement Scheme 

Our fees for EU Settlement Scheme applications typically range from  £1500 – £3,000 + VAT, depending on:

• The type of application

• Complexity of personal circumstances

• Level of support required (e.g. document checks, submission assistance.

Please note:

• This fee range excludes disbursements and any translation or document certification costs.

• A tailored fee quote will be provided after initial assessment.

6 . Detention & Bail Application

Our fees for detention and bail matters typically range from £1,200 – £3,500 + VAT, depending on:

• The urgency and complexity of the case

• Type of bail application

• Representation required at hearings

• This fee range does not include court fees, interpreter costs, or other disbursement.

7 . Innovator Founder Visa

Our professional fees for Innovator Founder Visa services range from £2,500 – £6,000 + VAT, depending on:

• The stage and type of application

• Business plan and endorsement complexity

• Level of strategic and legal support required

• Fees do not include Home Office charges, endorsement body fees, or other disbursements.

8 . UK Residency & ILR 

Our fees for UK Residency and ILR applications typically range from £1,500 – £3,500 + VAT, depending on:

• The type and complexity of the application

• Supporting documentation required

• Representation and appeal support (if applicable)

• This fee range excludes Home Office fees, biometric charges, and other third-party disbursements.

• A full cost estimate will be provided after an initial case assessment.

9 . Further to Remain (FLR)

Our fees for FLR applications typically range from £1,000 – £2,500 + VAT, depending on:

• The specific FLR category

• The complexity of your case

• The level of documentation and legal representation required

• This fee range does not include Home Office application fees, IHS (Immigration Health Surcharge), biometric appointment charges, or other disbursements.

Our fees for asylum and human rights matters typically range from £1,500 – £3,500 + VAT, depending on:

• The complexity and urgency of the case

• The volume of supporting evidence

• Whether representation is needed at appeal or tribunal hearings

11 . Appeals & Judicial reviews

Our fees for appeals and judicial reviews typically range from £2,000 – £5,000 + VAT, depending on:

• The complexity of the legal issues

• The stage and type of appeal

• Preparation of legal grounds and court representation required

• This fee range does not include court or tribunal fees, interpreter costs, expert reports, or other disbursements.

• A full fee estimate will be provided after reviewing the decision and assessing the merits of your case.

12 . Work Visa 

Fees for Work Visa applications typically range from £1,200 – £5,000 + VAT, depending on:

• The type of visa (e.g., Skilled Worker, Health and Care Worker, Scale-up)

• The complexity of your personal or employment circumstances

• Whether dependants are included in the application

Please note:

• This fee range covers application preparation, document review, and submission.

• It does not include Home Office visa fees, Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), or other third-party costs.

Immigration Advice (Hourly Rate

In more complex or ongoing cases, our hourly rates apply. The following are indicative hourly rates:

Senior Solicitor: £250 – £350 + VAT per hour

Solicitor: £175 – £225 + VAT per hour

Trainee Solicitor/Paralegal: £100 – £150 + VAT per hour
