Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS):

Translations:
If documents need to be translated into English, the cost for this service can vary, but it typically ranges from £100 to £200 per document.
Court/Tribunal Fees:
If your case goes to appeal, there may be additional tribunal fees, typically ranging from £140 to £800.
